Dr. Catherine Fiona Langly-Smith has accrued nearly half a century of experience in the Medical and Dental Health Professions. To support that success and longevity she has learnt a great deal about Health, Wealth and Happiness! 

Dr Catherine is also a Cranio Sacral Therapist, a Certified Transformational Life Coach, an ART & PK Practitioner, a qualified Masseuse and Cosmetologist, a Lecturer, Publisher & Teacher. Dr Catherine is the Founder & CEO of Embody Super Health.

Mr. Alexander Crowe has a Business Honours Degree from Sterling University and has been an Elite Athlete from the age of three where dedication, application, discipline and mindset are essential components of success. Alex is a professional Tennis Coach and former starting Quarter Back for the European American Football Team. Alex  utilises all his skills to empower you to achieve success in any field be it Sport, Business, Health, Well Being and Relationships. Alex is also a qualified Masseur and has a Nutrition business.

Miss Octavia Crowe has an Honours Degree in Sustainable Product Design from Falmouth University. Octavia has a very diverse talent set from Science to Sport to Technological and Creative Art. With her years of working running businesses she loves Coaching particularly about mindset and empowering women in the workplace and life. Health and Well Being are the foundation from which she springs. Octavia also has a Nutrition business.

Mr. David Norris is passionate about the role of bees take in our whole cycle of life. He looks after many swarms of bees and maintains his own hives and teaches others how to maintain theirs. He has an active role in Southampton Bee Club and loves to teach people about the importance of bees in our environment. It's essential that everyone is more informed about how we care for and nurture our bees so that they can make their wonderful healing elixir of life; honey. Winnie the Pooh knew the truth!!

Miss Samantha Kennedy is a private chef to Royalty and the Stars with diverse experience with a licence to hold restaurant events and also excellent for teaching classes  to create that meal for the man/woman of your dreams or fun events like making canapes for special events such as Christmas, Birthdays. There is no limit to the fun we can have with this while we focus on food that is produced locally and highly nutritious and delicious something to really warm the heart, create good health and much laughter and bon homie.

Mrs Sheila Camino has over 20 years of experience as a therapist and counsellor. She started her healing practice in 1998, originally training in Reiki, then qualified with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers (now The Healing Trust) with further training in Esoteric Healing. In 2012 Sheila became qualified in Cranio Sacral therapy shares its origins and underlying principles with cranial osteopathy. It is suitable for everyone from new born babies to the golden years helping to support the body’s ability to balance, reduce stress and heal itself. CST is a gentle light-touch manual therapy that addresses restrictions in the Cranio Sacral system and is beneficial for a wide range of health conditions. It reduces pain, stress and improves your body’s energy levels. Sheila is also qualified in Emotional Therapeutic Counselling (2000) and Couple Counselling (2022). She works with client issues such as life events, depression, anxiety, stress, loss, life transition and relationship difficulties to help the client cope with change and manage their life in the best possible way.

Ms Sharon Keenan is an Emotional Resilience Coach, Therapist and Therapy Trainer with over 25 years experience in the Healing Arts. Her first career was in Archaeology. which has stood her in good stead to help her clients sensitively 'dig deep' to uncover and treat the causes of their physical, emotional or spiritual disharmony. 

She works with people who have experienced the long term effects of stress and trauma, have tried practically everything and are almost on the verge of ‘giving up’. People just like you who are looking for safe, simple and effective ways to restore their health. 

Having healed herself from Adrenal Fatigue and CPTSD she is dedicated to sharing the Self Help Tools which she learnt so that you can empower your own health.

She works with Flower Essences to support your emotional wellbeing and Jin Shin Jyutsu (A gentle somatic therapy from Japan) with which you learn how to clear stress, fatigue and disharmony from your body and come back to yourself. 

As a qualified Aromatherapist Sharon can also help you discover how to support yourself safely and effectively with Essential Oils.

Sharon is a passionate advocate for Natural Health and helps us to realise that our body’s capacity to regenerate is far more powerful than we have ever been taught, once we give it the right conditions.

She is the Creator of The Energy Recovery Programme - an online course for those who are looking for ways to recover from Adrenal Fatigue and Burnout.

Mrs Natalie Delahaye has worked in the wellness sphere as a Complementary Therapist for 25+ years. She is committed to helping clients on the journey of becoming the best version of themselves, whether this involves building confidence, managing stress, anxiety, overcoming a phobia or sleeping better, to name a few. 

She is a hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Solution- Focused Hypnotherapy and the Practitioners Diploma (HPD)-the ‘Gold Standard’ in Hypnotherapy. She is registered with CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council). As a hypnotherapist, she uses a solution-focused approach, which means that instead of focusing on your past to solve your problems, she looks forward to our preferred future, and the steps we can take to get there. The Solution focused model is underpinned by modern neuroscience and incorporates elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and neuro-linguistic programming.

She is also a consultant Astrologer. After reading English Literature at university as a mature student, she studied Astrology at the Faculty of Astrological Studies, London and have been a practising astrologer since 2007. She consults, writes, vlogs and lectures on Astrology and have been published in mainstream newspapers and magazines as well as astrological ones. She was interviewed live on CNN World News to talk about the birth chart of Prince George and had the rare privilege of being commissioned to produce an astrological compatibility chart for William and Katherine, as a wedding gift from a guest.
