Our fantastic Team are now running one day Retreats, a chance to get away to the beautiful New Forest at Landford's Cottage with it's arboretum of varied trees, Orchard, Swimming pool and Sauna and surrounding fields and paddocks to look out onto and enjoy ! 

Relax and unwind with led meditation, stretching, Tai Chi walking, and your bespoke therapy. 

The second Retreat is on Friday 15th September 2023 and the therapies available are Cranio Sacral Therapy, Cosmetology, Psycho Kinesiology (PK), Oral Health & Wellbeing or a bespoke Nutrition consult. You get one session included in the price and a Group Session of Transformational Life Coaching. 

A breakfast nutritional shake, light lunch and nutritious snacks are also included in your rejuvenating, pampering yourself day!

You will have three choices for your Bespoke Therapy lasting one hour including your initial assessment.
Please put them in order of choice so that we may allocate you your special Practitioner for the day and you will be sent the appropriate forms for your session before the Retreat to complete and bring on the day.

Places are limited for this reason. Those people wishing to attend without a therapy are also welcome.

Please bring a notebook and pencil with you and wear comfortable clothes with varying layers and bringing swimming attire and a towel.

No videoing is allowed for everyone’s privacy but photos can be taken of the grounds only for your pleasure.

You will be sent full documents to be able to join this special day and we look forward to seeing you!

One of the unique features of our service at ESH is that all new clients are given their own Initial Consultation by Dr Catherine Fiona Langly-Smith. 

This includes her assessing your relevant Dental and Medical history and timelines after you have submitted your fully completed Forms.

 Dr Langly-Smith will also ask why you are coming here, what are you expecting, your Magic Wand list and does some testing to illicit your best initial plan who the optimum practitioner is for you along with discussing costs to fit your budget.
